About Cia:

Cia is a member of the current team Team Typhmado, and is the team's cartographer and medic. She is known to be courteous at times, other times she is very outgoing and proactive. She likes a lot of action and would jump into any scenario full force. Her style of fighting foes is through physical combat and she takes responsibility for her actions. She is the current incarnation of the Alpha Clan's legendary Fiora Alpha, a Floatzel many generations ago that stopped Sozin Omega from dominating the world and turning it into the world where only chaos reigns and Sozin's clan is the only one in existence.

History:

In her early life, Cia was home taught to respect her elders and learn some mannerism when addressing important figures. The family she hails from is very wealthy due to Fiora's Legacy. They were also wealthy due to her family consistently taking on very high paying jobs and tackling high ranking rescue and outlaw missions which also paid just as well. Her mother was always very busy however so Cia would constantly get bored. She lived as an only child learning within the walls of the mansion she lived in. Her clan had also lived in good quality homes near her but none compared to what her mother owned. 

Despite living such a life of luxury and formality, Cia was a preferred tomboy as almost nothing she did was ladylike. She would occasionally cause trouble for her family and some of the Alpha clan and she would get scolded by her peers, caretakers or (worse but rarely) her mother. Cia would aim to live like the rest of society since she dreamed of like a middle class girl.

It was revealed during Cia's early childhood that Cia would be the reincarnation of her great ancestor as she would claim virtually all of her grand godmother's prowess in the future. Her mother suspected an ancient evil would be revived someday through one of Sozin's descendants so she decided to have Cia's watchers take good care of Cia. They would train her and discipline her as the following months would go by.  

Her overseers would eventually discuss Cia's future as they thought to enroll her in school while they were training her. Thus, the time would come for Cia to be enrolled where she would learn about the world around her. The overseers spoke to the mother and the mother insisted that she goes to a charter school that would potentially make Cia a successful (yet strict) mon' for the future. Unfortunately for the mother, Cia was strongly against this as she wanted to live like the rest of society. So she swayed her mom for countless weeks to get her enrolled in an average school that she would enjoy. After months of persuasion her mother would finally enroll Cia in a regular school. That school was Auromaille University where she would meet her team mates; Tobii, Dallas and especially Sakura as she made the final member of Team Typhmado. Cia sharpened her interests in surveying areas and providing support for her team mates over the next few years. Once that was established she would train with her team everyday as she developed new skills and abilities that would benefit her and her allies. Her training would also eventually get her to learn numerous styles of hand to hand combat as she was quite the physical fighter too.


All was well for her until the day her mother found out one of her team mates was an Omega which Cia never revealed to her. Due to this, she was pulled out of school. For some time it was almost thought that Cia would never see any of her friends again until a certain menace had threatened both the Alphas and the existence of space and after showing such a display of honor from both Cia and Sakura to Cia's mother along with the queen of Wyvern giving insight, Cia was finally able to be with her friends and live her life the way she wanted.

Unique Traits:

She has a Miracle Communicator (Once known as the Wonder Map) that allows her to instantly travel to anywhere in the world. It now has the ability to let the user use telepathy to communicate to anyone that also has the ability to use telepathy or anyone that has anything similar to how the communicator works.

Aside from that, She is also known to be Yalini's (StarlightNexus-Chan's OC) Draco-Support and a local friend to her and would help Yalini in a pinch for healing.

Her tail isn't just for show however. They can separate and create a huge whirlwind to knock back foes. They can also be used for flying just like Tails "Miles" Prower's... well tails. She is a jet-stream fast swimmer and her ability to use aqua-jet is just as quick, very quick that she gets airborne while using it.

For every Draco-Rubii like Jirri or Galexy, there is a Draco-support.

The Draco-Supports all have a special Jirachi form based off the Ruby's color and can grant wishes in only that form (3 max). The elemental symbol within their star shines if the wish is granted. Each support can benefit the Rubii in stats, health or power. They are the guardian angels of all Rubiis and can be summoned by the Rubii at almost anytime.

Cia is the Support to Rubii Yalini.

Alpha's Eye: (Fiora and Fiora reincarnations only)

User uses a wave paralyzing gaze with their eyes to stun the foe with ice potentially freezing them in place after a set time has passed. If more time passes upon using Alpha's eye, the victim enters a state of semi-clinical death which the user can start stealing life force or seal the victim's soul in forever-binding ice. It can also be used to restore an ally's life force. Except for Omegas.

        Against Omegas:
        Counters Omega's signature move and nulls it. If used on an Omega, the Omega will either:
        1- die upon coming into contact with this move.
        2- enter a curse that will corrupt their body gradually stripping away all their powers and life-force until they succumb.
